1.         The Xtreme Predator Callers Club, Committee, Sponsors, Hosts, Judges, or any affiliation with Xtreme Predator Callers is not be        responsible for any accidents, losses or acts of God, as attested by each entrants signed registration form submitted.

2.         All contestants must comply with wildlife rules and regulations in Arizona State along with the contest rules.

3.         No shotguns capable of holding more than five (5) shells may be utilized, as per Arizona law.

4.         There will be a panel of three (3) judges. They will confirm kills, settle disputes and have the ability to disqualify teams. THEIR DECISIONS WILL BE FINAL!

5.         No night hunting is permitted. Night hours are defined as half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise in Arizona.

6.         NO hunting within half of a mile of ANY residence per Arizona law.

7.         No shooting from or on a motor vehicle or across from a maintained road.

8.         Each team member will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement Form at the initial meeting on March 27, 2009. Failure to sign will render entrant INELIGIBLE and unable to participate in this event.

9.         All types of calls are permitted. Utilization of a live animal is NOT allowed.

10.       NO DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED FOR HUNTING PURPOSES!

11.       A team will consist of two (2) persons only. No more, no less!

12.       Proof of kill: Each team must bring in every whole carcass.

13.       All predators checked in must have been called or shot by a member of the team.

14.       In the event of a questionable predator, further examinations will be done by the Judging Committee.

15.       Each team member must be at the same calling stand, which cannot be separated by more than 100 yards and both must be traveling in the same vehicle.

16.       All teams must check in no later than 1:00pm on Sunday March 29th. The time will be determined by the watch held by the Chief Judge. Any team showing up after the designated check in time will be automatically DISQUALIFIED without exceptions. Both team members must be present @ check in.

17.     Additional questions or concerns will be addressed at the Friday meeting. You will also be provided with any rule revisions at that time.

18.       In the event that two or more teams shall turn in the same amount of points, the winner shall be determined by the weight of the largest predator.

19.       Point System: Fox = 10 – Coyote = 20 – Bobcat = 50 – Lion = 100

  

ANY VIOLATION(S) OF THESE RULES WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY ANY TEAM!
